周小白是窮困女導演，因常年在外漂泊而與父親周強關(guān)系緊張。某次意外她穿越回父親年輕時代，發(fā)現(xiàn)其性格截然不同，決心揭開父親性格轉(zhuǎn)變之謎。兩人經(jīng)歷冒險后成為朋友，助父追愛，父助她實現(xiàn)導演夢。最終，周小白解開身世之謎，與父親冰釋前嫌，重拾父女情深。
