待業中的面包師杰若米返鄉，在參加他曾迷戀的恩師葬禮后，決定留宿師母家中多陪伴她幾日。他仿佛有種魔性魅力，讓全鎮居民都著迷不已，只有恩師兒子文森對他充滿敵意。一場口角后，文森意外死亡，為了掩蓋真相，杰若米開始編織一個個謊言；令人驚訝的是，整個小鎮從鄰居到神父，似乎都在幫他隱瞞真相。杰若米發現自己被困在一座由謊言筑起的迷宮中，無法脫身??
